We, the members of All India Professionals’ Congress (AIPC), are committed to building a just, inclusive, and respectful space where dignity is non-negotiable for every individual—regardless of gender. This policy is rooted in the Constitution’s commitment to equality, the INC’s legacy of gender justice, and AIPC’s committment to gender-diverse leadership. With SEP-POSH, AIPC leads the way in creating a political space free from harassment. Because when people feel safe, they can lead. And when they lead, democracy thrives.
What is SEP-POSH?
- Prevent sexual harassment through proactive measures and awareness.
- Protect all members and associates with clear guidelines and protocols.
- Respond to complaints with fairness, confidentiality, and accountability.
Who Does It Apply To?
- All AIPC Members – across roles and levels.
- Affiliates and Associates – including volunteers and event participants.
- Anyone engaging in AIPC-related activities – whether in person, online, or in informal political spaces.
How We Ensure Safety & Justice
- Simple Complaint Process: Reach out via sep.Posh@profcongress.com or to any member of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).
- Strict Confidentiality: All complaints and proceedings are handled discreetly, protecting the identities of those involved.
- Fair & Transparent Inquiry: Our ICC follows natural justice principles to investigate, respond, and recommend appropriate action.
