This policy is rooted in the Constitution\u2019s commitment to equality, the INC\u2019s legacy of gender justice, and AIPC\u2019s committment to gender-diverse leadership.   • Prevent sexual harassment through proactive measures and awareness.<\/li>
  • Protect all members and associates with clear guidelines and protocols.<\/li>
